Your privacy is of great importance to us and our website has been developed with that in mind. We recognize your right to know what information is being collected about you and how that information will be used, as well as our obligations to protect what we do collect.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for ListenFoundation.org. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

In order to best protect your credit card data, we use a professional third party to process donations. When you press the donation button on our website, you are forwarded to ColoradoGives.org. This organization is also committed to your privacy and data security. Their privacy policy can be viewed on their website.

We collect personal information necessary for registration for our Cochlear Implant Family Camp. This information is used only for administration and management of the camp. We use a third party to collect registration information and process payments. When the camp registration button is pressed, you are taken to the website of UltraCamp.com to input all registration information. Campers will have a personal account at UltraCamp where they can review all information that they have provided. Listen Foundation accesses camp registration information securely via UltraCamp’s software. UltraCamp does not share information with any third parties except to process payments through a payment gateway with whom we have a contract. UltaCamp’s privacy and security policy can be viewed on their website.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about events, new programs, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the contact page or phone number provided on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
