Camp Scholarships

Families in need of financial assistance to attend camp are invited to apply for a 2026 Listen CI Camp Scholarship.  Applications for the 2026 Listen CI Camp sessions are available through November 14, 2025.

The Scholarship Application allows you to indicate the age-appropriate camp for your CI child and will require proof of financial need (e.g. participation in Free & Reduced lunch programs, Medicaid insurance coverage, Listen Foundation or other therapy funding, etc.).  References are also requested.  Scholarship applications are due November 14, 2025.

A scholarship committee will review applications and choose award recipients.  All applicants will be notified of their scholarship status by December 19, 2025.  Those receiving scholarships will then receive further instructions on securing camp registration and making the agreed upon deposit.  Award amounts and number of families chosen varies annually based on funds raised.  To help as many families as possible, we hope to include different families from year-to-year.

Any available scholarship funds that are unfulfilled may be applied for on a rolling basis.  If the scholarship deadline has passed, please contact the Camp Director at Camp@ListenFoundation.org before applying.

 4-Step Scholarship Application Process

Step 1:  Complete the Application:

• Please use the link below and select the 2026 Listen CI Camp Scholarship Application.  
• Log into your camp account or create an account if you do not already have one. 
• Select the Listen CI Camp Scholarship Application.
• Add all family members who will attend by selecting “+A New Person” on the Select Attendees page then select each family member who will attend by clicking on the checkbox next to their name.
• Confirm that ALL demographic information for EVERY FAMILY MEMBER who will attend camp is COMPLETE and ACCURATE.
• Complete and Sign the Listen CI Camp Scholarship Application form.  Be sure to select “Next” after signing.  After a momentary delay, this will take you to the My Account page.

Step 2:  Prepare Financial Documents for Upload:

• Documents must be combined into a single (1) PDF for upload. Maximum file size is 50 MB. Multiple, free pdf combine and compress tools are available online. We frequently use combinepdf.com.
• Ensure that your CI child’s first and last name are at the top of the first page of your PDF before uploading to UltraCamp.
• Cover all but the last 4 digits of social security numbers prior to creating PDF.

Step 4:  Confirm Uploaded Documents are Legible:

• Select Document Center (using Menu icon on the UltraCamp My Account Overview page).
• Scroll to the bottom of the Document Center page and select Financial Documentation Upload.
• Scroll to the bottom of the Upload page and select the “download arrow” on the right bottom corner of the page.  This will download the document you uploaded for viewing.  Please confirm the uploaded document is complete and legible.

Please note:  The My Account page will show “1 Incomplete Tasks” until the Listen Foundation has processed your documents and the Message Center page shows the date you applied as the due date for document uploads.  This is incorrect.

For the 2026 Camp Sessions, Listen CI Camp Scholarship Applications and Documentation are Due November 14, 2025.
