Julie Schlager of the Listen Foundation and Cochlear Implant Family Camp has created a video showing several options of clear face masks for use when communicating with people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Standard face masks create a new challenge. They completely cover the mouth, making it difficult for people to lip read or gain additional context.
